Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Once you place your order, we’ll review and process it within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays) processing may take up to 3 business days — we’ll notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and promptly.

  • Standard Shipping: delivered in approximately 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: available at checkout for faster delivery (typically 1–3 business days after processing).
  • Shipping rates vary by destination and weight. Exact cost will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, except where prohibited by law. As noted on our homepage, we do not ship Amanita muscaria to the State of Louisiana. MetaTabz
  • International shipping is not available at this time (unless explicitly agreed otherwise).
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses unless otherwise arranged.

Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to show in the carrier’s system.
  • If you don’t receive your tracking info within 24 hours after you’re notified the order shipped, please contact us.

Delivery Issues & Shipping Delays

  • While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, actual shipping time may vary due to carrier performance, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
  • If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed (more than 10 business days after shipping in the U.S.), please contact us with your order number and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • If a delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or being unclaimed, you will be responsible for reshipping it. We’ll notify you and can offer the applicable shipping cost before resending.
  • If you decide you no longer want the item after it was shipped, you may refuse the delivery (if allowed by the carrier) — however you will be responsible for any return shipping and applicable restocking fees.

Shipping Restrictions & Legal Compliance

  • You must be 21 years or older to purchase from this site. MetaTabz
  • Products shipped are for adult use only, and cannot be provided to minors, pregnant or lactating women without consultation with a physician. MetaTabz
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the use, possession, and shipping of the product is legal in their state or region prior to ordering.
  • We do not ship products to jurisdictions where they are prohibited.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for any future international shipping)

  • If we begin shipping internationally in the future, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs clearance fees of your country.
  • We do not mark orders as “gifts” or undervalue packages. Misrepresentation of value or contents can lead to confiscation or fines.
